Good News On Rent Arrears

It is great to tell a story with a positive ending. We seem to have a lot of focus on rent arrears at the moment and mostly because we are achieving zero rent arrears for our current clients and  finding new clients who have suffered losses in the past while self managing their rentals . Many also suffered losses while their property was being managed by other residential property management companies. However we have a client who had some historic rental property arrears and have been chasing this money for  them for a few months now. The amount was significant and the tenant in arrears had well and truely moved on. The good news is we finally tracked him down and have received a 50% payment from him today.
