Need to recharge your batteries?

Getting back to nature is the answer, and the sights and sounds of the ocean always feed the soul.

When we need to recharge our batteries and escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and our busy lives, we drive two and a half  hours from Auckland to our beach house at an exclusive beach on Coromandel’s east coast.   The stunning 270 degree views of ocean, coastline and bush refresh and restore us.

Who do you know who needs time out and a chance to recharge for a few months or more?

Or would just like to escape from the city and do some of the things they have dreamed of doing.

Maybe an artist or writer who would draw inspiration from the surroundings.

Or someone just retired.

Someone who just wants to go fishing.

Someone who has sold their house and is in no hurry to purchase again.

Someone recovering from an illness.

Someone who has a sabbatical or long term leave coming up.

Someone who can work remotely using excellent broadband.

Someone who has always dreamed of running a B & B.

A family member or colleague from overseas who would like an independent base for their extended stay in New Zealand.

Here’s the solution:

Our sunny architect – designed beach house will be available for long term lease (6 months or longer)  from mid February 2012.

Up until now the house has been available only for short term rentals.   Here’s the link to the short term rental site for details and photos. The Bluff    (Ignore the daily rates if you are looking for long term; they are for short term rentals only)
